Sessions are designed after a postural assessment to promote effective, safe progress, including for those with existing conditions.

Packages are valid for three months from the time of purchase. 

Single classes are valid for one week.

Exceptions include health issues or extenuating circumstance. 

Please mention changes or updates to your health before your class. 

Examples:

  • high or low blood pressure
  • anti-inflammatory medication
  • same day plastic surgery or botox application 

Up to ten minutes is understandable. We’ve all been there.
